Assistloft is an AI company built by engineers, technical managers, product builders, marketers, and designers.

Our founder, Jem, comes from an entrepreneurial family and has spent over two decades in technical leadership, alongside owning and operating small businesses across America — a brick-and-mortar retail store, an Amazon FBA business, an online email marketing platform, and more recently, long-term and short-term rentals across multiple states.

While building AI tools for his own business — despite his technical and business background — Jem saw something was broken: AI was built for people who already had a team of engineers behind them. If you hadn't spent decades in tech, it was convoluted just to figure out where to start — let alone how to stitch together the platforms you'd need to actually use it. Assistloft grew out of one idea: make AI accessible and usable for every business, regardless of technical skill or budget.
