You are responsible for the data, prompts, files, website content, social content, CRM records, customer communications, and other materials you submit to or process through the Services.

You must have all rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases required to use that data with the Services, including for knowledge base crawling, AI processing, customer engagement, analytics, and social media workflows.

7. Third-Party Platform Rules

If you use the Services with third-party platforms, including social media, messaging, payment, CRM, analytics, AI, or website services, you must comply with those platforms' terms, policies, rate limits, and applicable developer rules.

8. High-Risk Use

You may not use the Services in high-risk environments where failure or misuse could lead to death, personal injury, severe property damage, unlawful discrimination, or significant harm without appropriate safeguards and a separate written agreement with Assistloft.

9. Monitoring And Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may remove content, limit functionality, suspend access, terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action where we believe this AUP has been violated or where needed to protect Assistloft, our customers, users, third parties, or the Services.
