Revenue Pipeline
The Revenue Pipeline shows your contacts as deals. You can see what each one is worth, how likely it is to close, and which ones need attention right now.
Head to CRM → Revenue Pipeline in your dashboard to open it.
Where the numbers come from
Every contact has two numbers that drive this page. You’ll find them on the contact’s Revenue Calculations tab (see Tracking what a deal is worth):
- Estimated Value: how much you expect the deal to be worth
- Win Probability: how likely you are to win it. If you haven’t typed your own number for a contact, the default for its stage is used.
Amounts are shown in your business’s currency, which you can change under Company → Settings.
The four totals
At the top of the page, four boxes sum up your open deals. Open deals are contacts at the Fit, Build, or Close stage.
- Open pipeline: the total Estimated Value of all open deals
- Weighted value: the total of each open deal’s value multiplied by its Win Probability. It gives you a more realistic idea of what you can expect to bring in.
- Hot contacts: how many contacts need attention right now (see Urgency)
- Avg. probability: the average Win Probability of your open deals
For example, if you have one deal worth $10,000 at 60% and another worth $5,000 at 35%, your open pipeline is $15,000 and your weighted value is $7,750.
The stage board
Below the totals, the stage board has a column for each stage: Fit, Build, Close, Won, and Lost. Each column shows how many contacts are in it and their total Value.
The board leaves out Signal by default, so it stays focused on deals that are moving. Turn on Include Signal to add the Signal column and see your whole contact lifecycle.
In each column, the deals worth the most are at the top. Each deal card shows:
- The contact’s name and company
- Its urgency: Hot, Warm, Steady, or Stalled
- Its Estimated Value and Win Probability
- A suggested next action and the follow-up date, if one is set
- The owner’s initials. Hover over them to see the owner’s name.
Click any card to open the contact’s details without leaving the page. After you save a change, the board updates to match.
Showing only hot deals
Use All deals and Hot at the top of the page to switch between every deal and only the ones marked Hot.
Urgency
Assistloft gives every contact an urgency level, so you can see at a glance where to spend your time:
| Urgency | When |
|---|---|
| Hot | The follow-up is due today or overdue, or the contact is at Close |
| Warm | The contact is at Build or Signal |
| Steady | The contact is at Fit, or has been Won |
| Stalled | The contact has been Lost |
A follow-up that is due today or overdue makes any contact still in progress Hot. For example, a contact at Fit whose follow-up is overdue is Hot, not Steady.
Suggested next action
Each deal card shows a suggested next action, such as Send a quote or pricing or Book a meeting or demo. It’s the same next action you see on Follow-ups: when you choose one while completing a follow-up, the deal card shows your choice.
Priority contact
The panel on the right shows your Priority contact: the one open deal that most deserves your attention right now.
Assistloft gives each contact a priority score from 0 to 100, based on its stage, urgency, follow-up date, Estimated Value, and Win Probability. The contact with the highest score becomes your priority contact. Won and lost contacts are never picked.
The panel shows the contact’s value, probability, urgency, owner, next follow-up, and next action. Click Open contact to see their details.
You can change how much each of these counts toward the priority score, and the default Win Probability for each stage, under CRM → Settings.
Who sees what
- Account owners and admins see every contact in the business.
- Teammates see the contacts they own.
Mine and My Team
If a teammate belongs to a team that Shares Contacts (see Sharing contacts with a team), a Mine / My Team switch appears at the top of the page:
- Mine shows only their own contacts.
- My Team shows the contacts owned by everyone in their team.
Assistloft remembers your choice. The same switch also controls the CRM dashboard, the other pipeline pages, and Follow-ups, so you don’t have to set it again on each page.
